Chinese Burritos Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 8- inch flour tortillas
- 2 cups Chicken and Sweet Pepper Stir-Fry

- 1 4- ounce can sliced mushrooms drained
- ¼ cup plum preserves
Instructions
- Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in a 350° oven for 10 minutes to soften.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan stir together the reserved Chicken and Sweet Pepper Stir-Fry, mushrooms, and plum preserves. Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 minutes or till heated through.
