HAM AND CORN TOSTADAS

1½ cups chopped fully cooked ham (8 ounces)
1 8-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
4 tostada shells or flour tortillas
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
or Monterey Jack cheese with
¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
In a medium skillet combine ham, corn, and salsa. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place each tostada shell on a serving plate. Top each with shredded lettuce, ham mixture, and cheese. Garnish with yogurt and green onions.
Microwave directions: In a 1-quart casserole combine ham, corn, and salsa. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 5 to 8 minutes or till heated through. Assemble as directed above.
