Pork Lo Mein Recipe
- ¾ pound lean ground pork
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup green or sweet red pepper
- cut into bite-size strips
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- 4 ounces thin spaghetti cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- ½ cup sliced green onion
