Wild Rice and Bulgur Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup wild rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ¾ cup chopped onion
- ¼ teaspoon dried tarragon crushed
- ½ cup bulgur
- ¼ cup snipped fresh parsley
- Dash pepper
- Sweet yellow pepper strips optional
- Fresh parsley sprigs optional
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan combine chicken broth, onion, tarragon, pepper, and rinsed rice.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer about 45 minutes or till rice is done
